I have been trying ALL year (3 months) to lose weight again. I have not been motivated at all. The other day it HIT me to blog about my weight loss. My blog will be my SCALE to some point. I figure if I make my weight public then maybe I will be MORE motivated to stick with it. I will add a picture soon...but don't worry, I won't be wearing my weigh in clothes. I wouldn't want to GROSS you out. I will try to post every Monday.

This was definitely my BEST day (2-26-09) at work EVER in the history of my working days. Is he beautiful or what? I have been in love with KYLE KORVER since he stepped foot on the JAZZ basketball court. Marcel actually bought me HIS jersey for our anniversary. Pretty good hubby I have. Had I known he was coming to my work I would have worn HIS jersey. I found out at lunch that he was paying a visit to the school to visit one of the classes. As I cleaned up from lunch I waited patiently, well not really...for him to walk down the hall. I stopped him and asked for a picture with him, wish I would have had my digital but my phone did the job. He was so SWEET and put his arm around me (sigh) and we chatted for a bit and then I had him sign my homework. I sent the picture on to Marcel, Drake & Jordan and they were all quite jealous. I look lovely (not) but at least I took my hair net off. :)

We do have other kids besides Drake. This is the most recent picture I have of all of them together. Christmas P.J.'s and all with their NEW pillows.

I Hope They Call Me On A Mission

In three years, but not when I have grown a foot or two. That would make me over 7 feet tall. If you look below you see that I'm towering over my Grandpa & Grandma Smith already. Drake was ordained a Priest on Feb. 8th. He looked so handsome in his new suit and had many compliments from the Grandma's in our ward. It was a special day with family and friends. We are so proud of Drake and love you. Thank you Grandpa & Grandma for being here with us.

"Our" BIG Baby Boy Is "16" Today!

WOW! Drake entered this world BIG sixteen years ago. He was born at 6:16 P.M. and weighed in at 9 Lbs. 11.5 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. Today he weighs in at 185 Lbs. and is 6'1". See what we mean? BIG! He was able to get his drivers license today. What a BIG boy. We LOVE you so much Drake and hope you have a very HaPpY BiRtHdAy. Guess his favorite color.

Marcel FiNaLlY made it home. Look at the SMILE on my face! He was supposed to come home on Friday night but due to FOG at the SLC airport his flight was cancelled. He took an early flight on Saturday morning and after some LOVIN' we went to Park City for the afternoon to celebrate my BIRTHDAY. We had fun and I spent some of my birthday $. Saturday evening we went to dinner and a movie. He did all of this with me...with a touch of the flu. I LOVE YOU!
